BEST TIME

The weather can be quite unpredictable, no matter the season. Hike in shorts in summertime but prepare yourself with a hat and sunscreen. When handling the passes, take a jacket as you wil climb up to 1.000 m

CONDITIONS

Because of the height climbed, the thin air, the distances involved, their steepness and even their remoteness, passes are a challenge. The condition of the passes varies considerably from easy upto hiking trails requiring the use of ropes.

FOOD & TRAVELLING

The moderate trail is easy to handle. Depending on your trail speed (wandering, walking, running) you need to prepare. Always bring water, a hat, sunscreen and s small backpack with food. Don't forget a printed map and your gpx coordinates as not all trails are marked.
